2008 PRF Registration Dates Announced
Portage Rocket Football will be having registrations at
KRESA on:
Tuesday May 20th
Wednesday May 28th
Thursday June 5th
Registration will run from 6-8 pm each night. Download a

Xplosion Youth Football Camp
The Kalamazoo Xplosion will be hodling a youth football camp on
Saturday, May 3rd at Wings Stadium in Kalamazoo. The camp
runs from 12-3 pm and includes instruction, Xplosion t-shirt,and
admission to the 5/3 game against Muskegon. For more
information go to the Xplosion website or download an

Portage Rocket Football Tailgate Celebration
On Saturday, October 20th, PRF will hold our annual tailgate
celebration at Ramona Park. Food and drink will be provided to
all players and spectators. Players and staff from the Grand
Rapids Rampage and Kalamazoo Xplosion will also be on hand to
meet with players and sign autographs. Please join us for this fun-
filled day!

We will have PRF raffle tickets available for purchase from
players as well as at the head table on game days. Raffle Flyer
2007 Coach Evaluations
Coach evaluations will be passed out by team parents over the
next two weeks. Evaluation forms will also be available at the
head table and can be turned in to team parents, brought to the
head table, or mailed to Portage Rocket Football- PO Box 201-
Portage, MI 49081. Evaluation forms can also be downloaded
below.

PRF/WMU Bronco Game Day
Please plan on attending the WMU Broncos game at Waldo
Stadium against the Akron Zips on Saturday, October 6th @ 7
pm. All tickets are only $10 and help raise funds for PRF.

- 5/20, 5/28, & 6/5- PRF sign-ups at KRESA from 6-8 pm
- 5/21-5/24- PRF Sponsored Texas Hold'em @ Harpos
- 8/11-8/14- PRF Combined Practices. Mandatory
attendance required. Location, times, and format to be
detailed in the PRF July newsletter.
- 8/16- PRF Draft Day- Players should expect a call from
coaches on August 16th or 17th.
- 8/18- Team practices begin. Location and time TBD by
head coach. Players should be prepared to practice as
early as Monday, 8/18.
- 9/6- First Game- Game Times:
